We do not solicit or collect any fee from anyone at any stage of the process, nor have we authorized any agencies/partners to collect any fee whatsoever on our behalf.

If any potential business partner receives any such unsolicited or fraudulent communication from Oorzza for the payment of money to obtain any kind of appointment or engagement, they are advised not to respond to the same. We have also noticed that fake job offers in the name of our Company have been circulated by some unauthorized persons/fraudsters through emails or advertisement on internet/job portals or by fraudulent telephone calls and soliciting fees/amount from the candidates.

In case you receive any such offer in the name of Oorzza, you are advised to reach out to us.

Anyone dealing with such fraudulent offers, appointment letters, fake interviews, fraudulent demands for money/fees will be doing so at his/her own risk, and Oorzza, its associated/group companies will not be held responsible for any loss or damage suffered by such persons, directly or indirectly. We shall not accept any liability towards the representation made in any fraudulent communication or its consequences whatsoever, and such fraudulent communication shall not be treated as any kind of offer or representation made by Oorzza. As such, take note and beware that such fraudulent advertisements neither create any rights to you nor does Oorzza accrue any liabilities in this regard. In the event of any claims arising due to such fraudulent advertisements, Oorzza completely absolves itself from any liabilities whatsoever.
